When you use the Archive Title widget in Elementor, it adds prefixes before the titles, like “Category: Tutorials,” “Tags: Design,” or “Author: John.”

You might not want these prefixes. Removing them is easy, but the setting is a bit hidden.

Here’s how you can remove them.

Steps to Remove the Prefix from the Archive Title in Elementor

  1. Open the archive page in the Elementor editor and select the Archive Title widget.
  2. Click the wrench icon at the side of the Title field.
  3. Turn off the “Include Context” option.

That’s it! The prefixes for categories, tags, authors, and search results will no longer show.
